My name is Amare Larrucea. I lived a normal life until I was 17 and diagnosed with ALS. Within four months I went from walking and talking to having my celebration of life planned. I want to be remembered and thanks to the ALS association for helping me be remembered. I would like my early departure from this world to continue to have meaning and purpose. I was unable to fight for a cure with the ALS Association due to the rapid progression of my particular type of ALS. However, those that are inspired by my story, share my love for Inderkum Girls Soccer, share my love for all things Disney, share my passion for all things Marvel, and love music can choose to fight for my legacy to help others in similar situations.
